YX-OS79 KC9652B 2450MHz Solid-State Microwave Source – 200W Power Generator, Adjustable Exciter / Seed Source

KC9652B is a 2450 MHz solid‑state microwave source delivering up to 200W of output power. It uses a temperature‑compensated crystal and phase‑locked loop (PLL) synthesizer to generate the frequency signal, amplified by an LD‑MOS power stage. Features wide power adjustment range, high frequency stability and resolution, pure signal with low phase noise, and 10% reverse power protection. Supports multiple control interfaces including Ethernet, RS485, and analog voltage, and can be operated with KCSDI software. Designed for scientific experiments and industrial applications requiring medium power.
