RF-67DR-Lite is a high‑performance RFSoC development board built around the Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC XCZU67DR, integrating 8× 14‑bit 2.95 GSPS ADCs, 8× 14‑bit 10 GSPS DACs, and an additional 2× 14‑bit 5.9 GSPS high‑performance ADCs. This direct‑RF sampling platform features a 100G QSFP28 optical port, 3GB DDR4 (2GB PS + 1GB PL), Gigabit Ethernet, and USB 3.0. Ideal for radar, 5G/6G prototyping, electronic warfare, and phased‑array systems.
