For builders, tinkerers, and engineers — by people who love electronics too.

1. Welcome to Our Lab 🧪

Thanks for stopping by! This is a space built by engineers, for engineers — whether you're probing signals on an SDR, debugging an FPGA design, calibrating a measurement setup, or building a high-precision audio tool.

We specialize in tools that measure, analyze, and inspire: from portable spectrum analyzers to modular oscilloscopes and DIY test gear. If you care about bandwidth, noise floor, or signal integrity — you're in the right place.

These Terms help keep things clear and fair for everyone. By using our store, you agree to them — but don’t worry, we’ve written them in plain, human-friendly language, not legal jargon.

2. Using the Site

We hope you enjoy exploring our gear. A few gentle reminders:

  • Please use accurate info when placing orders — it helps us get your kit to you faster.
  • Feel free to browse, but please don’t scrape data or automate purchases.
  • This is a space for learning and building — let’s keep it respectful and safe.

If something seems off (or you just have a question), just drop us a line.

3. Product Info & Pricing

We do our best to keep specs, photos, and prices up to date — especially for fast-moving tech like FPGA modules or SDR dongles. But sometimes, manufacturers update designs or pricing changes happen. If something looks wrong, let us know!

Note: Descriptions are based on public datasheets and testing where possible. While we test many products ourselves, final integration (like clock routing or impedance matching) depends on your design.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, we’ll confirm availability and process your payment securely through Shopify or PayPal. All transactions are encrypted — we never see or store your full card details.

Occasionally, we might need to pause an order (e.g., if a new revision arrives or stock runs short). In those cases, we’ll reach out quickly with options — including a full refund if needed.

5. What Belongs to Whom?

The content on this site — including product pages, schematics (if shared), photos, and documentation — is ours or our partners’. You’re welcome to share links or use it for personal projects.

But please don’t redistribute, resell, or repurpose our materials commercially without asking first. Open-source hardware? We love it — follow its license. Proprietary designs? Let’s talk before reusing.

6. A Few Realities About Electronics ⚠️

We design and curate gear to be reliable — but electronics depend on how they're used. A perfectly good ADC board can fail if overvolted; an FPGA devkit may not boot without proper configuration.

That said — if something arrives damaged or doesn’t match its description, we’ll make it right. Just reach out.

7. Updates to These Terms

As we grow and learn, we might update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with a fresh date. No sneaky changes — and if it’s a major shift, we’ll try to let regulars know.
