Important Operating Notes
  • Antenna matching: Use an antenna matched to your signal frequency. The included 433 MHz antenna is for 433 MHz band only — prepare appropriate antennas for other frequencies.
  • Measurement distance: Keep the ATR‑FSM at least 50 cm from the transmitting antenna (ideally >1 wavelength). Close proximity may cause permanent damage.
  • Range setting: Always start with attenuation enabled to avoid damaging the device. Signal strength should not continuously exceed 90% of the selected range.
  • Charging: Do not use fast chargers. Use a standard 5V/1A charger. For long‑term storage, keep battery at ~50% charge.
